We have over 30 academic collaborators that range from chemistry, to medicine, from diseases that encompass cancer to TB. Primary projects that are either active or just being initiated are listed and grouped by department. These collaborations synergize the approaches we wish to apply to Urologic diseases, with pertinent animal and cellular models that are well phenotyped and categorized, to populated patient tissue banks and databases that serve as models for our work.

We have nearly a dozen industry based partners/ collaborators that are a prime necessity to our operations. These companies drive the latest technologies from mass spectrometry, to data processing, and applications development. It is our view to work closely with industry in order put to best apply the otherwise arduous tasks of methods development that most labs do independent of each other. This is a win-win in our opinion in that this allows even the smallest of labs to generate the same results that we do, but for a fraction of the time and cost.
